This prediction was submitted by Joseph Lowes. According to him, this is a simple experiment that will either debunk or prove Bilderberg conspiracy theories.

Apparently at the 2010 Bilderberg meeting in Spain it was resolved that there will be an attack on Iran within a year according to Jim Tucker, who has been reporting on Bilderberg for years.

Explanation

It's essentially their word against everyone else's, as there's no proof what so ever this was actually discussed at the recent Bilderberg meeting. However, if something happens in Iran, for example another rebellion by the populace, the conspiracy theorists will likely attribute this to their prediction, even their their prediction carries with it an attack by a western military force, such as England or the United States.
