[Alex Jones -- VO]
We made it out there at about, hmm, 11pm. The checkpoint had been going since 6pm that night during peak traffic time on I-135. So we walked on over and asked the officers a few questions just to find out if they had any idea in what they were engaging in. Because remember, this whole thing is run out of ignorance.

[Alex Jones]
How you doing? My name's Alex Jones, syndicated talk show host, how ya doing? Oh, thank you very much. Yeah we're just curious about the different details of this uh...multi jurisdictional task force you've got going here or is this just an Austin operation?

[Officer]
Lieutenant Crawford is in charge of this operation.

[Alex Jones]
Where is he?

[Officer]
Somewhere around here.

[Alex Jones]
Can we talk to him, ask him a few things?

[Officer]
...way back by your van...

[Alex Jones]
How many people do ya'll apprehend...? This is America, ugh! NSA and CIA bring in drugs. Move across the street, sir?

[Officer]
Across the street.

[Alex Jones]
Alright, so, we're not picking blue bonnets, so we can't be here?

[Officer]
Across the street.

[Alex Jones]
Understand, thank you very much, officer. We've been escorted. Ya'll told me I could talk to your superior officer, I'll be waiting over here, thank you. Thank you very much, like the big black uniforms.

[Mike Hanson]
[Unintelligible]

[Alex Jones]
Oh he's wearing his combat boots, get a shot of that. We like that. [Bunch of insane unintelligible ranting] I tell ya, this is it, guys. They're laughing. Get shots of it, they're over there laughing about the death of our nation.

he was probably told to go across the street to keep traffic from backing up further. and the blue bonnet think made no sense whatsoever. "They're laughing. Get shots of it, they're over there laughing about the death of our nation." How does alex jones know if they were laughing "about the death of our nation" They could be laughing at anything, they could be laughing about some joke one of the cops told. see, this is how MORONIC alex jones is: Constantly talking out of his ass. [ SAS ] [ Sources ]

Oh no, not combat boots. Seriously? Who cares! If cops were wearing sunglasses, does that mean that they were sunglasses that analyze their eyes where the NWO can store it their vault for total world domination? [ CLO ] [ Sources ]

[Mike Hanson]
I got it.

[Alex Jones]
Over there thinking it's funny. You guys want to clean the drugs off the street, go after the CIA. You guys want to clean the drugs off the street, go after the government. I wouldn't use that government filth for a million dollars. I won't lose my liberties, my god given rights. Total cowards, total complete cowards. Going along to get along. That is shameful, right here in Texas! Right here in Texas, my god! Yeah, they get their 30 to 40 thousand dollars a year, their 20 pieces of silver to sell us down the river. Boy, pensions and the rest of it, selling our country out, god!

What are we doing, sir? Oh, I'm a syndicated radio talk show host. I'm Alex Jones, how you doing?

[Shane]
Okay.

[Alex Jones]
What's your name, sir?

[Shane ?]
Shane.

[Alex Jones]
This is a night vision camera. Uh, sir...this is reminiscent of nazi Germany.

[Shane]
I'll get somebody to talk to you about that.

[Alex Jones]
Well they were telling us the person in charge was gonna come.

[Shane]
I'll get him.

[Alex Jones]
Okay. Oh, here we go, the pack mentality, mmm. Yes, yes, deal with it. Nice crew cut! Why don't you fight for America? We've been asking for an interview for 30, 40 minutes and they're just standing over there. And the head guy walked over there then ran off. I'm gonna talk about how they're a bunch of nazis.

I didn't call them nazis, I just said it was nazi like activity. Nazi like activity. A whole city of people just loaded.

He's getting mad that people working won't stop working to talk to give him an interview? In what other profession would this be considered OK? Have they actually shown people being warrantlessly searched? [ ELW ] [ Sources ]

"I didn't call them Nazis, I just said it was Nazi like activity. Nazi like activity." Alex Jones

Yet in the paragraph right before he claims he didn't call them Nazis he states the following:

" I'm gonna talk about how they're a bunch of Nazis." Alex Jones

How does calling them a bunch of Nazis translate into him not calling them a bunch of Nazis ?

Only in the world of Alex Jones can you call people Nazis directly and then make a follow up claim that you did not call them Nazis. [ ANT ] [ Sources ]

[Mike Hanson]
Look, they're shining it right in their face, look at that. And he follows him along, look how he follows them along, Alex.

[Alex Jones]
[Unintelligible]

[Mike Hanson]
So what? Look how he follows him along.

[Alex Jones]
Doing a fine job there. Look at the people they wave, little scared sheep. Yeah, I didn't wave.

[Alex Jones -- VO]
And the reason we didn't wave is because we're not going to sanction this behavior. Culturally we have to explain that it's not to be condoned because it's a slippery slope, my friends.

Again, How the fuck does Alex Jones and Mike know what their intentions are. what the police are doing is actually quite common when looking for drunk drivers. In fact, I've seen it quite a lot. how does what they are doing indicate a police state. [ SAS ] [ Sources ]

[Alex Jones]
Doesn't this kinda seem like nazi Germany to you? I mean, I mean, aren't we innocent until proven guilty? Instead of guilty until proven innocent?

[Cop]
I couldn't talk to you about that sir, I'm just here to do my job.

[Alex Jones]
It's just your job?

[Cop]
Yes sir.

[Alex Jones]
You know who else said that?

[Cop]
Who said that?

[Alex Jones]
People at Nuremberg.

[Cop]
All right, let's take a break.

[Alex Jones]
All right. How many folks you pull over tonight? [Unintelligible chattering] Oh, you've made 3 personally? We appreciate that, sir, thank you. Now that's a nice black sedan. Say we go talk to them. Man, all these federal funds for this. I thought in America you were innocent until proven guilty. Aren't we innocent until proven guilty?

Apparently in Alex Jones' world there's no room for probable cause. If we went just by what Jones says, we'd be at a Catch-22. You couldn't be searched because you weren't guilty, and you couldn't be guilty unless we had proof. Obviously this doesn't apply to every single situation, but hey, maybe that security camera recorded the wrong guy, man! It wasn't me! [ ELW ] [ Sources ]

[Officer #1]
Are you guilty of something?

[Alex Jones]
No, I'm not guilty of anything.

[Officer #1]
I thought you was asking me if you were innocent until proven guilty.

[Alex Jones]
But aren't we all supposed, you know this country, you know, other countries like Germany under Hitler it wasn't that way or under Stalin it wasn't that way. But here in America, aren't we supposed to be innocent until proven guilty?

[Officer #1]
That's true.

[Alex Jones] That's true. There you go. Talk to us, boy. [?] I don't hate police or anything but at the same time you gotta wonder. This is happening all over the country now 'cause federal funds are flowing. Isn't that interesting?

[Officer #1]
You're talking to the wrong person.

Here the officer directly asks Alex Jones if he is guilty of something, asserting that he assumes Alex Jones is Innocent before proven guilty. Alex Jones misses this refutation of his own claims even when placed right under his own nose by the very police man he is accusing.

If it were a police state and people were being treat as guilty before proven innocent, Alex Jones, his crew and his equipment would have been taken and never been seen for a long time. The fact that Alex is treat as a side show freak and likely laughed about by the officers just proves how little the officers value Alex Jones's claims and statements. [ ANT ] [ Sources ]

[Alex Jones]
Talking to the wrong person?

[Officer #1]
You're talking to the wrong person.

[Alex Jones]
Gentlemen, what's ya'll's names? I'm just curious.

[Officer #1]
[Can't hear over traffic]

[Alex Jones]
...Johnson? [?] How you doing, sir? Good to talk to you. Ya'll like this sedan?

[Officer #1]
It's alright.

[Alex Jones]
What do ya'll call these units? I see these all around town.

[Officer #1]
Just an unmarked police unit.

[Alex Jones]
Just an unmarked police unit. Do they call ya'll in and tell you procedure?

[Officer #1]
As far as what?

[Alex Jones]
Well basically how do they pick people out of the crowd to pull over? That's what we're curious about.

[Officer #1]
I don't know. If you go on down there and talk to one of them supervisors they can tell you everything about it.

[Alex Jones]
They didn't tell ya'll...[unintelligible]

[Officer #1]
Go right over there and talk to that superviser and they'll tell you all about that. I'm just trying to do my job, brother.

[Alex Jones]
Okay.

[Officer #1]
They can tell you all the procedures they put together.

[Alex Jones]
You guys are just doing your jobs?

[Officer #1]
Right.

[Alex Jones]
Alright, well, I'm not attacking ya'll.

No, he's not attacking them. Forget that scene in which he sneers and screams at them, complaining about their "30 pieces of silver." [ ELW ] [ Sources ]

Think about this: now, there may come a time when you see some things on television manufactured by government or asking you to do things that don't really sound right. In the rush of things, everybody working together, feeling like you're all apart of a team, going along with somet things that aren't good. And uh...well just the whole thing's accelerating...there's a lot of things accelerating in the world today that aren't too nice it seems like. If you guys, if ordered to do so, would you confiscate guns from [unintelligible] or go house to house?

[Officer #1]
Why would I do something that's against the law?

[Alex Jones]
It's against the law? Well they're talking about changing it.

[Officer #1]
Well I mean, if they change the law, the law says...

[Alex Jones]
How do they change the law without changing the constitution?

[Officer #1]
I don't know. [Unintelligible]

[Alex Jones]
Ha ha. Well the president uses those executive orders. Well guys, [unintelligible] spending some time with you.

[Alex Jones - VO]
Two important points: he said go back and talk to his superiors. We were there for over 2 and a half hours. And the second point: these two gentlemen, probably decent people, at least they'd talk to us, don't realize that a unconstitutional law does not have to be obeyed. In fact, I could hearken back to Rosa Parks going to jail for not sitting at the back of the bus. It was the law that black people were slaves, but later it was found to be unconstitutional. Laws are not holy. Laws are not magical if handed down by some despotic police state. Well, we were now on the other side of the highway and we were talking to some of the truckers about what was going on, but police were continually keying down the CB. Here's just a little bit of this activity. It's the junior high mentality of our law enforcement personal that is the most frightening aspect. It's a big game.

Key up not down. They have a junior high mentality? This coming from the man that literally screams at them? Mind blown. [ ELW ] [ Sources ]

"these two gentlemen, probably decent people, at least they'd talk to us, don't realize that a unconstitutional law does not have to be obeyed" - Alex Jones

Indeed you don't have to obey the police if they ask you to pull over if you personally believe it to be unconstitutional.

However, the very act of not pulling over when requested by the police is breaking the law, and would arouse suspicion. The police would be very keen on stopping you driving off from them after being requested, and this would give them right to arrest you for obstruction of justice and ability to search your vehicle and person.

Further:

A traffic stop is technically a 'detention.' You are neither free to leave nor under arrest. [ ANT ] [ Sources ]

[CB]
[Very unintelligible]

[Alex Jones]
Well, absolutely, all our newest nuclear weapons designs have been transferred to china, 5,000 pounds of plutonium came up missing, it goes on and on. America is under attack my friends. This is just the start of what's happening and bill Clinton is funding this with 2.4 billion that he got past just last year.

[CB]
How much longer we got?

[Alex Jones]
Not long if these police are such cowards and keep keying down on these radios because they don't want to hear the truth like little junior high kids.

[CB]
[Laughter]

[Alex Jones]
Hey, let me tell you something, police. I'm not afraid of you; you're a bunch of criminals. You're a bunch of weaklings! I'm ashamed to be apart of this country because of people like you!

[CB]
You're an idiot.

[Guy]
That was the police.

[Alex Jones]
Well have fun, police. 'You're an idiot, you're an idiot.' Well Chief Al Philippus of San Antonio isn't an idiot when he threw the Delta Force out in May, but you won't research that.

[CB]
[More unintelligible chatter]

[Alex Jones]
Hey, what's going on guys?

[CB]
Don't you ever rest? [?]

[Alex Jones - Back in studio]
You're about to see an interview we conducted in mid May of 1998 with the chief of police of San Antonio, Texas, chief Al A. Philippus. The chief was very concerned about what he called attempts at bribery by army special operations Delta Force. Also, the endangerment of public safety. All very serious issues. This interview is a watershed even because, as far as we know, this is the first time that local law enforcement, local police leadership, has actively stood up against Bill Clinton's new military or the globalist New World Order type of military where they come into towns and terrorize the public. Again, god bless chief Al A. Philippus.

[Alex Jones]
What were your major reservations in asking the mayor to tell him that ya'll didn't want them to train here and to cease training here?

[Al Philippus]
Well a lot of things happened. First of all, the organization came into the city, never really approached the city as a whole, gotten together with the mayor and said we need to speak to all these different departments and request some assistance. Uh...various groups and individuals came into the city and approached different people at different levels. The police department was contacted, the city manager's office was contacted about using city facilities, various business owners were contacted through the economic development, the fire department was contacted by different individuals, so there was never any coordinated...approach to the city of San Antonio. When we found out we had some reservations but we were at least willing to listen. But then we started finding out that discussions were happening at other different levels and there was no-no communication, no coordination between that. We also found out that leases had been negotiated with private business people throughout the city to utilize their vacant buildings without any coordination from the police department, 'cause we were originally told it would probably be a couple locations later to only found out there's 12 locations. And yet we were never brought into this at the beginning.

[Alex Jones]
Why did the mayor, and I heard this quoted on uh...KTSA, San Antonio 550 station, two days ago. I heard he quoted that the mayor said that he didn't appreciate the dishonesty of the Delta Force. I was curious. We called the mayor's office and they uh...Jackie O'Donnell, I believe her name, she told us you were the mayor's spokesman on this, can you tell us exactly why the mayor would use such strong language and call them dishonest?

"Dishonest" is strong language? What is he, Ned Flanders? [ ELW ] [ Sources ]
