Aliceville

This was a German and Italian POW camp for prisoners from the Afrikakorp and European theaters. It no longer exists and is marked by a sign and a single brick fireplace with chimney[6][7].

Ft. McClellan

I'm not quite sure what that description means, but during World War II there was a 3,000 person capacity POW camp located on Ft. McClellan, it was decommissioned in 1946 and no longer exists. Fort McClellan was officially, and completely, closed forever in 1995[8]. Parts of the location are now a part of the Mountain Longleaf National Wildlife Refuge[9]

Maxwell AFB

The "civilian prison camp" is a federal prison located on Maxwell AFB, logical because it's federal property. It has a population of 942 and was established in 1930[10]. The establishment date is important because Operation Garden Plot began in the 1960s, more than 30 years after the prison already opened. This makes it impossible for the prison to be "established under" it.

Opelika

There is a POW museum for the camp[11], but the camps were completely removed by 1947, other than photographs and the museum, there's barely any evidence left the camp even existed. It is not being renovated, there's nothing to renovate[12].

Talladega

There is indeed a federal prison and a satellite "camp" that's also a part of said prison located in Talladega[13].
